Thanks for the support, everyone. If you look on ujoint's site it's $30,000 now to have a van converted. And that includes the front axel, t case, and wheels and tires and install. And the last I heard they are over a year out on getting an install done. The thing that make these vans so awesome is it has a frame the new vans are unibody. The only way the new vans come is AWD, which is a lot different them 4x4. I thought my price was fair. Basically you pay for the conversion and get the rest of the van for 5000. And I have a lot more then 5000 in it. Thanks again everyone.

Some of these commenters don't know what they are looking at. This is a Ujoint conversion boys. Plus drivetrain. Rhino liner. Straight up MadMax. Worth every penny

Very nice! Naysayers have no idea what these vans go for, especially with a Ujoint conversion. Only bad thing is that the motor swap would not fly in an emission-regulated area.

I just bought a comparable van, myself, 2007 E-350 with 4wd conversion. $35k is absolutely reasonable, given how hard they are to find, and all that has been done on it. In fact, I absolutely would've paid that for it 2 months ago if it had been on the market then!

The 4x4 conversion is expensive man. U-joint charges 20k minimum The price for the van is expensive as hell but thats market rate for something like this

You obviously don't know what this is. You couldn't even get a regular van for 12K. A van has lots of space, not like a Jeep. They don't come from the factory 4X4. They are converted to a true 4X4 by aftermarket companies. If you want to make a campervan out of this, it would be perfect for that. This is basically a Sportsmobile without the interior conversion. Those can run used $125K plus.
