2001: A Space Odyssey's HAL 9000 but it's ChatGPT

Equipped with the brand-new 2001 operating system Windows XP and the chatbot HalGPT from OpenAI, the spaceship Discovery One embarks on a mission to explore the planet Jupiter. However, the system is not without flaws and there seems to be some confusion about how to open a door. What a time to be alive!
HalGPT's dialog was created by feeding Dave Bowman's lines to ChatGPT.

hahah ya... and the sound... haahhah... since finding out about GPT I've been constantly tweaking out a program that puts us in a persistent reenactment of both the 2001 and 2010 films in which every answer that GPT gives is in someway tied into the film script…

too bad you didn't use the GPT-4 API to set up a system prompt where GPT-4 was told to behave like the psychotic computer that HAL9000 was in the movie.. I know this works for a wider audience, but as a GPT-4 API tinkerer, I was dying to see something like this, thanks for making me chuckle :)
