2001 Camaro ss Turbo Build pt.12/First start with turbo!

In this video me and my brother receive our Huron speed turbo kit and install it. It wasn’t easy but it was worth the wait! We also put in our new radiator and install a pusher fan. I have the same kit on my car. The gate placement is hideous. I had to block the original off and modify the hot side to run dual gates to get boost under control. Nice car though, hope you got her going.

So far the wastegate placement isn’t an issue for my car man, it was originally but after getting her retuned there was no boost creep. And yeah she’s up and running now, just need to finishing editing this video and upload

I was running duel walbro 450’s, full AN lines, summit racing fuel filter, aftermarket fuel pressure regulator, and Deka 80IB injectors on E85, And yeah you’ll be good as long as it temporarily and not running E85

Did you install the headers etc once the engine was in? or did you put the headers on before putting the cradle back in?

Hey I’m helping a buddy with a 94 t/a with a 5.3 swap with truck manifolds and having issues with 98 oem steering knuckle hitting the manifold. How did you solve that or did you even run into the issue

Ict billet makes it, high alternator f body mount, it was around $180-$220

Does your drain have down hill slope?

Yes for the most part but I had to run it under the k member. If I’m saying this correct we might run a scavenge pump set up.

On3 has a kit that keeps the a/c and stock radiator
