The maxima spray aerosol filter cleaner and oil works really well also! Spray on, let soak for a minute, kneed it in, and wash it out. I get like 10 cleanings out of a can and they are reasonable price.

I personally really like there oil, I have never used there foam filter cleaner tho. I will have to give it a try! Thanks a lot for the comment

for the quantity the cleaner comes in its pretty expensive. Do update us how many times you can reuse the chemical! waiting for the new series! the 1993 cr250 series was fire! Just finished mine 1993 cr500, your videos were super helpful. Thanks!

Amazon has the cheap maxima throw away air filters. I find you can get one cleaning out of them if you use gas.

Air filters? I just pour a little gas on em or dip a piece in the parts washer and wring it in in to break down the oil then hit em with hot water then soap them let em dry. I've used spray oil and liquid but I usually go with the spray as the liquid oil is a pain in the ass.

I have only used the spray oil once. I had a problem with the can and I feel like I only got half the fan out of it.. it stoped spraying…. So I just stick to the old school way of using filter oil in liquid form. Thanks for the comment.
