Love the builds bro. Currently in the middle of my project, 07 vlx600 single carb with velocity stack and hole saw mod on the pipes. Currently jetted with a 130 main and stock pilot, seems to be running lean. If you dont mind sharing what size jets are you running? I was thinking 142 main and 48 pilot. Yours seem to fire up and run perfect.

There's three stages of jets you can go with stage 1 jets for the vlx and buy them off of eBay. That should do the trick bro

For 10 in bars you do not have to change the cables but you do have to reroute the clutch cable. 12-inch bars you have to change out both clutch cable and throttle cable. Go to eBay and type in v LX throttle cable + 6 also type in v LX clutch cable + 6

At 56 years old, I don't need to be on a Harley....personally, I think the company sucks now and all the hipsters are riding them....would rather get a box or vstar to ride on...but one done up like you do. Your bobbers are awesome and the reliability of having a Honda or any Japanese bike is key for me!

bro i have a problem on my build put a harley tank /peanut style on my 600 vlx problem is the petcock is nit allowing tank to sit level in the bike do u run into these problems ?

So you got the wrong tank. go to eBay type in vlx 600 peanut tank and you will get the exact fit. Before they started making those I used a Frisco tank with a bottom petcock. You're going to have to get a new one. That's the best way bro take it easy

Yes these are hardtail and the ride with the spring solo seat helps the ride a lot. Yes you can lower it and still have a softtail by cutting the spring on the shock. It doesn't have that low look but it is lower.

The one that I bought hardtailed sits and looks the part but I bought it for 4k not including shipping from TX to Chicago where I live. IAS customs out of TX built it and what was suppose to be a mint bike wasn’t even close I got scammed. Mf didn’t answer me after that. That was all my money too you know I’m only 19 that dudes a punk. Anyways love what you do I want to do the same and customize these Honda’s love these style bikes. And respect for putting out good work, for what I paid those fuckers I could’ve got a clean ass bike from you.

To mount the peanut tank you have to make a bracket and mounted to the frame then you can mount the tank on to the frame and the bracket.

@@noahmaher9281your stock cables will fit up to 10 in bars anything more than that you have to get longer cables as well as brake cable you can get it all on eBay. The brake cable you would need to put down a certain length that you want and the clutch cable and the throttle cable you would just put + 6
