This is a CLASSIC. A beautiful truck. That new piece of shit they released is a soccer Mom van. No offense to Soccer Moms. But it drives terribly. Jeep made a HUGE mistake moving a way from this style. They sold out their brand. This has a commanding presence. And it looks great raised with good rims. If I could find one just like this I would buy it in a heart beat. Miss my old one. They drive beautifully and are as durable as anything

Im looking a 2001 Jeep Cherokee Sport with 145k miles for $2500 right now. Its 2013 so the car is almost 13 years old but I've seen Jeeps at 3k with no problems. As long as they are well maintained the Jeep's engine will run to 350 to 400k miles. I don't think the one I'm looking at is as loaded as this one but I'm hoping it'll be a nice 1st vehicle. I'm excited to see it. Also about to check out a 99 loaded Grand with 155k. I hope one of them turns out to be my first vehicle :) I love me jeeps.

I used to have jeep just like that and my oil cap was broken like that one is too. (btw it's there in the video just the top plastic piece is broken. It still functions just fine as an oil cap.) Mine died on me at 196,000 but we had some good times. RIP

just to let you know....That jeep does NOT have a ash tray that is a change holder you will burn the jeep up putting fire in that hole it goes under the console onto the carpet...also it sounded like the harmonic bal** is rubbing the timing chain cover,,just a thought,,I have this same jeep,,,I love it, it will get you any were and my paint is just as good as this one also and i have never had it repainted...

I've had 3 of these within my family. 2 of them lasted over 500K miles with no engine or transmission work. My 1990 with 212K miles is still going. Their drivetrains are very durable. Road salt in snowy places is what kills them.

96-01 have airbags, 84-96 don't. It is noticible when looking at the steering wheel. Personally I think airbags are slightly overrated, if you have your seatbelt on it holds you in place thus the airbag does nothing for you as it simply deploys in front of you, at least that was my experience when I T-boned someone and crushed the front end of a chevy up into the cab...

I had a 91 Jeep Cherokee Laredo and I like that it had vent windows I want to get another 91 model & it had the high output hundred 190 hp inline 6 stout high torque engine. Why did they stop making vent windows anyway ? I mean I know smokers like them ?

vent windows are hard to find and if you buy them off ebay they cost about 200$ for the pair. My 92 laredo doesnt have them unfortunately. I would guess they stopped due to wind noise, water proofing, probably easier to break into, simplicity, less smoking and with the 96-01 increased window size.

got the 2.5 sport, very reliable, but needs a pull from the farmer up the road's land rover, if i go near any thing wet, muddy, slightly hilly, covered in grass, leaves, moss, sand, snow, cow shit or gravel.

Offroading wise, no but they are pretty solid for normal driving. If you ever want to do a 4WD swap you can find parts in the junkyard for cheap as well

well I have an 02 Grand Cherokee Overland & the back bottom of the seat folds up toward the front seats then you can fold the back of the seat down forward so yes back seat folds. I hope this answers your question. ?

Did I see $5995.00 on window with 128,000 thats a little steep. Car sales men and vulchers make up your mind..I bought a new dodge 4 door hemi window sticker over $40,000 I paid $24,025.00 . I have told car dealers what I can buy a truck for at another dealor and they said the other dealor was loosing money, BS Only reason I looked at theirs was color..If the other dealer was loseing money they would not have been in bussiness 30 years. trucks and cars such a rip off..

that does seem steep but I have seen others in similar condition go for similar price. Finding them in good body/interior condition is fairly rare, they seem to last forever but people like to use them for what they are for and thus get very cosmetically damaged by trees and rocks
