I have a stock 1998 GS400 with the 1UZ-FE V8 engine in the same color with the original spoiler/wing. These cars are classic and they don't look too outdated. In fact, people always look at the car when you drive by because it's a head turner. The late 90s and early 2000s, in my opinion, were the best time for Lexus in terms of build quality, engineering and design. I love how the seats and leather has the "couch-like" feeling and folds in them. You don't see that in the newer Lexus. The new stuff looks ugly with the big grill.

Welcome to the GS club my friend. I have several stock GS300/430 models including sport designs. Its nice to see a GS300 without any modifications! Keep it and will last as long time. If you ever sell it, sell it to me as it will be garaged kept and well taken care of! :)

Good morning. I had one with black interior. I bought it new in September of 2000. Moved out of the US in 2013. Took it with me. Sold it in 2022. Bought a new Tacoma. I had 289,000 miles on it. The only repair was the front calipers. Great car! I had tear in my eye when it drove away. I see it once in a while. I kinda wish I had kept it. The inline six is smooth as silk. I couldn’t afford the v8 at the time. Enjoy the car. Keep it. Good to see someone appreciate it as I did.

Notice how every Lexus vehicle seems ageless and difficult to date in which year it was built. Truly, kudos to Lexus designers.

I have a 1999 300gs. 187k miles. Still in immaculate condition. I won't sell it. I'll drive it till it falls apart.
