This game definitely proves that Brian griese is the better QB from Michigan. He will go on to take denver to multiple super bowl rings, and Brady will be out of the league in two years. Brady will be known as a one-hit wonder. I promise On a serious note, I like how Bledsoe pats Brady on the back after the loss as if to say “nice job, bro. Now, give me my job back “

I must suggest that if you really want to see what cold-weather football is about in this generation, try seeing if you can watch the 1996 NFC Championship Game. THAT was a great victory for Green Bay. THAT was only the second time I rooted for Green Bay. First time was in the 1995 NFC Championship Game. I would have liked to see the Steelers and Packers in Super Bowl XXX myself. I think that would have been a better matchup. Before that though, I didn't follow the Packers too much because I followed my big team, the Giants. Heck, I was like 3 or 4 years old at the time, so I didn't know too much about football. But looking back, when I started really rooting for Green Bay was in 1995. I was just tired of loss after loss after loss to Dallas by Green Bay, especially at Texas Stadium. In fact, of EVERY stadium Brett Favre ever played in, the ONLY one where he never won at was Texas Stadium. But it was painful to see a team with so much potential lose time after time to Dallas at Texas Stadium. hate to say it this way, but when Green Bay had to play Dallas at Texas Stadium when Favre was there, if you rooted for Dallas, which again, I did not, it was what is called a "Circle Win" because we knew what would happen almost before it even happened. And that's something you NEVER want to hear about your team because then no one has confidence that the team can do it. Believe it or not, DrNuggetFTW, there is an interesting fact about the building factors of what used to be Texas Stadium. For some reason, Texas Stadium was not 100% flat, so passes thrown at what would be "Normal Height" would be too high. You had to throw it a tad lower in order to get the optimum result. John Madden talked about this in the 1995 NFC Championship Game broadcast. The biggest liability with Favre was that he gambled too much. Aaron Rodgers though is a smart player. I have to admit, what he did last week against Seattle was AMAZING!! I honestly thought Seattle was going to win.
@jessetaylor77978 жыл бұрын
Brian Waas that was, indeed, a great game. I actually rooted for Carolina in that game, because they were a heavy underdog. I am a Chargers fan, but whenever my team isn't in it, I always root for the underdog. I was excited when Carolina scored that opening touchdown, and I was hoping they might pull it off. But then Green Bay pulled away from them.
@brianwaas70448 жыл бұрын
Jesse Taylor Believe it or not, on that touchdown, the Panthers should have been called for delay of game. The play clock hit zero before the ball was snapped. BUT, I gotta say this, those guys for the Panthers, Lamar Lathon, Sam Mills, Pat Terrell, Kevin Greene..those guys were AWESOME!! Former NY Giants player Mike Fox played in that game as well!
@WalterWhiteFootballSharing7 жыл бұрын
While I miss Fullbacks and Love running the ball; Facts are Facts: Replacing a FB with a WR means the Defense takes a big LB out and puts a 190 LB D back. More room in the box to run in. Plus a great WR can take TWO D backs out by running a route; his cover man and then he can slant in and nail a safety trying to fill for the run. The BEST a FB can do is Eliminate one LB with a crushing block who wouldn't even BE there if the FB was on the bench. A FB to be better than a WR in a run play has to be so good he pancakes his man and then nails a 2nd Defender on a run play. Like Vonta Leech every 10th play.
