I have a 2001 Chevy Silverado 1500 work truck Long bed, color white, completely basic, crank roll up windows, vinyl flooring, Cost a couple dollars for a basic key, that's right no fob or key chip, just a good old fashioned metal key. The ignition is so worn out the key just comes out of the ignition even when it's on. Nowadays you couldn't do that with more modern trucks. 4.8 liter engine with almost 194,000 miles, bought it 3 years ago, used to be a motorcycle hauler at a dealership, then had 168,000 miles paid almost $2400, since then it's been a great truck. By next year it will be considered a Classic at 20 years. Good old Chevrolet !

OBS & NBS it was a great time too many memories such a genuine time. I kept my pickups and Im glad i did. 1st GENS have evolved but this single cab step side or fleet side is unique and amazing to see driving down the street. Awesome detailing and video. Use a soft wire brush with bleach white instead of sandpaper for raised white letter tires. Old school trick! We used to deal with these kind of tires much more back in the day.

Just info.. couple things.. You go into GREAT detail when detailing a vehicle.. on the rims.. simply unscrew the plastic lugs by hand and clean behind the center caps .. noticed you left them on while spending so much time on the rims & tires.. Also.. ALL that time you spent on the "white letters" (Michelin) on the tires.. clean them w/ the Bleach-White.. go to your local Wal-Mart .. in the "Craft" section .. pick up some Sharpie "Gloss White" Paint pens!!.. I've used them MANY times to recolor raised white letter tires.. They work PERFECT for re-lettering the RWL on tires .. just info .. Save you a LOT of time & labor that you are putting into detailing the lettering on tires "Sharpie Gloss White Paint Pen".. you can get different tip sizes too

I just bought 2004 Silverado shortbed super clean truck same family owner since new 4-5 owners in the family no rust no dents at all.. but has some paint scratches which looks like it's from small bushes. Haven't buffed it yet still cleaning under the hood its bad!!!!!!

Cleanning white letter tires use paint thinner lightly and it brightens them up like new

@MAD DETAILS They better have paid you like $600 for that job. I would charge $200 just for the bumper replacement (assuming they are providing it. ). Plus $400 for the full detail. Thats some quality work my man! However, I will say that if you want money, do maintenance detailing it is EXTREMELY profitable and not crazy hard work like this! Keep up good efforts! 👍🏽
