ok guys glad to be back with another detail you know as well as i do that everybody loves seeing an old beat up truck get resurrected and brought back to life especially when its an old square body well today i am working on a classic 1986 GMC 4x4 short box in desperate need of a detail from oxidized paint to a filthy grimy engine bay and and under carriage and lets not forget a old dusty/dirty interior and i promise you will not be disappointed with the results of this truck so sit back relax and enjoy this transformation! So to answer all the comments on getting water in the carb/intake I stuffed a few rags in the carburetor and put the air cleaner back and also air filter and cover were replaced as you can see in the video

I love that old school 4x4 look. I would even do that to a modern 4x4 pickup. Smaller, wide wheels. Fat all terrain tires, old school light bar in the bed. Nicely done!

Very well done, sir! 💪You did a fantastic job!!! I had an 85 GMC High Sierra 4x4 Red short wide box with 4speed. Almost identical as yours. My had the tiny mirrors and black interior (factory). My dad took me with him to buy brand new! I was just a little tot. He finally gave it to me at 18! I cherished that pickup! Built a 450hp motor for it with all the shiny goodies! It was stolen from my driveway in the small town I grew up in in 2011. R.I.P OLD RED! The memories of hunting and fishing and everything in between. Some day, I will have another as close to identical as possible! If you ever want to sell, please let me know!
