They go on the end of the fuel line. You may or may not need them

I have milky oil 😢. I’ve seen a leak from the oil rail. Does this mean I need both a head gasket and a oil rail gasket??? I haven’t broken it down yet.

Change your Engine Oil and go from there. If you have water/oil mix coming from the oil pan.You may need to pull down the oil pan and do a coolant pressure test. Either way your Head will have to come off for a blown Piston Liner or bad Head Gasket.

Dairle, why would my muffler be making a Poppin noise when I make a complete stop but when I drive the noise goes away. I have a 2004 International 4300 DT 466 box truck

Interesting, normally a popping noise will increase with engine speed. It could be a Exhaust Valve.
