1.9 JTD - one of the best engines in the world. Reliable, robust and unpretentious. I have Marea with this engine and it's still fun to drive car.

I have had 2001 Punto 1.9 D, Fiat Marea 1.9 JTD, Bravo td 100, Stilo 1.9 JTD 115 cv and Ducato 2.3 JTD 110 cv. I'm not a Fiat salesman but I can say to you the Fiat I had were the most reliable cars I have driven.

I drive a Lancia Lybra SW with the same 1.9 jtd Diesel engine. 242.000km, chiptuned to 140hp back in 2002 and still no problems whatsoever with the engine

I drove a 1.6 petrol Stilo once and I was quite impressed actually. It felt like something more expensive than it was, very smooth, quiet, easily as good as a mkIV Golf to drive.

I took a test drive in the Stilo 1.8 133hp with almost full options when it was introduced 20 years ago. It really felt very nice, very stable and smooth. Some years later it turned out the Golf IV was more refined in some ways. Anyway, I still like the Stilo. It definitely is a good car.

My car for two years. A really good car in all the aspects except may be some disturbing noises from the rear part of the car, somewhere inside the back seats...a very good car with 100.000 kms in two years. Very good test Joe!!!!

That is one nice looking and healthy Stilo And no airbag error. Mine is 59kw / 1.9 JTD 2002 with 270.000 km on dash I just got from mechanic i cleaned injectors, mine is 20 years old and its beaten up, but i still drive it. I love it so much i pretty much immortalized it in Unreal 4 search for Driveable Vehicle : Car Hatchback: Horo on google and you can drive Stilo inside the Unreal 4.

For me this is such an ugly car, and Is also probably the loudest diesel out there. Yeah, it's always better than Multipla of course, but it's still ugly. Just an opinion of course. But overall, good test drive Joe, as always:)

It's just a question of taste. For me this is one of most iconic model of Fiat, especially 3 doors version. Just look at the newer Audi 8P or VW Polo VII. These cars were inspired by Stilo.
