Outfitter design makes a bracket for the older arm to upgrade to a 1ton Chevy idler arm setup. Might as well do that. The oe idler arm will continue to be a problem

What front bumper do you have? I have an s10 and mine looks way bigger than yours and I don't like the look of it. Did you take the big plasitc peice off the metal?

Okay so the base model S10 has a steel bumper with a plastic wind damper the Sonoma never did it's all plastic color match bumper but the bumper that's on my truck is from a Oldsmobile bravada

You're going to need to take the seat out of the passenger side the plastic trim that holds the carpet down You're going to have to reach way back there you might even have to remove the center console

@@cognac8297 couldn't tell you just depends on your local paint shop I did have the hood repainted for about $300 but it was also a customer of mine so I got a deal lol.

Any issues with the front drive shaft being too short? I've gone through three drive shafts since my lift and I've concluded that it needs to be longer or the front diff yoke needs to be longer.

Had to replace the yoke seal once that's it unfortunately I sold that truck almost a year ago now.

I could really use your help because I recently bought some all power front seats for my S 10 crew cab 2002 and the driver side was easy. The harness was right there but I can’t find the passenger side harness. Is it possible that my crew cab doesn’t have that harness or is it somewhere tucked in the carpet very far in.

I promise you it's there I've torn apart at least a dozen crew cabs in my life it has the same wiring harness as the Blazer .

The driver side sits lower cause the gas tank. Go get another passenger side spring and put it on your driver side it’ll fix the lean. Btw having a trac bar on leaf springs causes binding. If you want more articulation take it off.

I paid 250.00 for it I had it shipped from Indiana! The doner truck only had 78,000 miles on it. I use the app carpart.com it's very useful.

To be honest your probably better off getting the bottom portion reapolsterd I found out after I got my seat from Indiana that the the hole bottom and side bolster had been replaced I'm guessing that's about 600.00 so I was very lucky to have found that one 😂

Hello, I added this RC lift to my 2003 Sonoma quad cab after seeing your videos. Question for you. How did you adjust your speedometer for the bigger tires? I went to 33" tires on stock rims. 1-1/2" wheel spacers. So far I love the kit and the ride quality. Hoping to get my speedo adjusted.

@@waltersteffensthezr2man431 OK. According to the circumference I'm 18% bigger so the speed should be 18% faster than it reads. So at 50 MPH I am actually doing close to 58.5. Might go to a chevy dealer and see if they'll program it right. Was just curious if you got yours done. On a side note I'm doing an offroad front and rear bumper upgrade along with bull bar and roof rack. Raptor liner rocker panels. Hoping to have it done this winter sometime. I'll post a video when I'm done.

There is or was a company called jungle flares they make them for ZR2 and non ZR2. That would be your best bet I got mine from an actual ZR2 and retrofitted them with small metal brackets.

True ZR2 fenders are different than standard 4x4 the rear is actually cut back an extra inch to accommodate the larger OEM tire 31 10 50 15

I want to say they are the rear rancho shocks for Chevy 1500. They seem to be the perfect length because I combine the two lifts I'm glad I rerouted the shock the way it's supposed to be and not the way the kit is made!
