Wow, sorry to hear that. Crank but no start can be a lot of things. 1st check for spark and fuel. You can press in the valve on the fuel rail and see if there is pressure if you don't have a fuel pressure tester. One of the spark plugs can be removed, leave it connected to the wire, place the metal end on and exhaust manifold, have someone crank it and see if there is any spark.

It could be the wrong remote for your vehicle. You are supposed to remove the driver door panel to find out what power lock system you have to match it up. I just bought 3 different remotes from the junkyard and used the 1 that worked.

Thanks for tuning in! I believe if it came with power locks, you can add a remote. From what I'm told, you will have to remove the driver door panel. Inside you should see the power lock module and it will have information on it that you need to match a remote.

@@bombs2158 I have heard reports that the number on the back of the remote should match the lock mechanism in the driver door. I didn't pull mine apart to verify. I did try a remote that I got from the junkyard and it didn't work so I got another one and it did work.
