These cars are little beasts, thrash them and it will never let you down, almost every food delivery driver drives one of these. They are quite old but so common still.

Had one from 2001 in one family until 2016 since brand new, bought in Poland, exactly the same trim, engine and colour. Never had any issues with it, literally only oil and filter changes.

this engine is a masterpiece for it's displacement ... quiet , revvy , elasticity , low vibrations ... only fuel economy could be better but isn't really bad and 6.5-7L is worthy to have this instead of 3 cylinder vibrating and loud unit . My brother has one but facelift one , i have civic Aerodeck 1.5Vtec - better fuel economy despite much bigger and heavier car but same revvy typical old japanese style :D

@@polardabear i know that , but for it's reliability and how good it drives for that low displacement i think it's worthy to spend a bit more on fuel instead of service ;)

I used to own the same exact model. My fuel consumption on an 800km highway drive was 5.6L at constant 120km/h (130km/h-150km/h when overtaking) and 3-4 maximum speed runs on the Autobahn (I reached 178km/h max downhill). Fuel consumption in the city was 5.6L - 6.2L. My worst fuel consumption was 6.7L in the winter - I did 500km in one day on the highway and local roads with 250kg of passenger weight.

Toyota nie oszczędzała na silniczek 1l budowa 2 wałkowa 4 cylindry pomniejszona wersja ale to samo co chociażby 2 litry co nie jest już regułą w innych markach Motocyklowa pojemność plus turbo czyli wyższe wysilenie oznacza wyższą sprawność gdzie może na torze jest atutem ponieważ serwis jest codziennie Ludzie chcieli technologii motosport to mają wyczynowe jednostki 1.6t 2.0t osiągów v6 v8 jednostek cywilnych Może pomyślano że w europie już nikt swoich aut osobiście nie naprawia i właścicielem aut jest 30% ze wszystkich sprzedanych aut 70% firmy i trzeba naprawę doliczyć do kosztów firmy ale Polska jednak potrzebuje motoryzacji takiej jak na rynki uboższe czyli pojemność możliwość lpg brak adblue

Potwierdzam ;) Jedna z najlepszych jednostek w swojej klasie , trwała , bezobsługowa , bardzo lubi obroty i naprawdę przyjemnie jeździ . Jedynie pali więcej niż konkurencja ale myślę że można to wybaczyć .

@@jak3pa1 yes, my have 14sec, but it is ok for me. Only 1 thing I want - fuel consumption.. I have 7.7L in a city.. i think it is too much for 1.0L. My prev Fiat Bravo 1.4 turbo had 8.5L (150 HP). Volvo S80 2.0T - 11L.

@@jak3pa1 I don't know.. spark plugs are clean, no smoke and no oil consumption... so I think engine is in a good condition (165 000 km on Odometer)... p.s. engine has some shaking on the idle only... maybe valves?
