2002 Yamaha Kodiak 400

Customer says it wont crank with button but will start will pull cord.
Starter? Starter solinoid? fuses? Wiring harness issue?
NOTE: and yes i noticed while i was editing that I messed up my testing with the test light. Obviously you cant check if power is crosing a circuit unless you hook the other end of the test light to ground and not power. DUHHHHHHHHHH
