Watch someone else’s video before ripping the first few pieces off! Remove left inner kick panel, lower cover and drop fuse box! Filter is 2 pieces. His first few steps unnecessary! Should correct or take this down.

My 2006 Mazda 3 also had a very tight left bolt. I removed the right bolt and then just pulled the metal plate out with one hand enough to slide the filters out and put the new ones in.

Yeah both mine were stiff as lug nuts!

Mazda factory manual states to not take glove box off. Side panel, top, fuse, bracket and get to access plate

We bought a 2007 Mazda 3 for my daughter's first car. She loves it but oh my god, whatever Mazda engineer came up with that type of cabin air system should be flogged. There's no way I would attempt to change it myself.

My mazda 3 Hatch 2006 had the same issue the left bolt at 2:10 was extremely hard to remove
