In this video I give a full in depth tour of a 2003 BMW 745i. I take viewers on a close look through the interior and exterior of this car while showing details, over viewing of features, and noting unique styling cues to the vehicle itself. I also show the engine and the details of it, start it up and see how it sounds under acceleration. A thorough tour/review of this car designed to give others a greater overall appreciation of the vehicle.

Maybe a bit weird, but the 745 from 2003 is my favorite BMW from the 7-series. I think it's way better looking then the newer 7-series (although they're awesome too!) from inside and out: for example the LED's in the trunk and the modest front two air vents. Absolutely brilliant car!

Love this body style... well more preferably the 2006 style, but every since I drove a used one working as a porter at the Lincoln dealership, I've been in love! Just give me about 2-3 years I'll have a 2006 on my hands, guaranteed!

If you go to 9:40, there's one feature you missed for the front seats; there's three buttons in a column, heating on the top, cooling in the middle and the bottom one is for the massage feature. These BMWs are way better then their competition at the time!

that knocking nise you can make out in the engine is called ROD KNOCK. the cylinder walls have worn away and the pistons are slapping back and forth inside them... afe owning two BMWs I can tell you a couple things. they have great features...when they work right and they drive great when they are not breaking down. buying one of these with 80K on it is asking for a nightmare in repair time/bills.

Yeah, we also had an '01 740i with the M Appearance Package. e.g. the 18" rims, the sunshades, steering wheel, etc... but all the performance of just a regular 740i. It was black on black, when we washed it and waxed it, we went to D.C. at night, and people were staring at it when I went to get something from it. With that awesome beep, while unlocking the doors, it was amazing, we sold it though, too bad. It had 109,000 miles on it, we bought it for $11,500.

@VhUgGz I'd get the Phaeton. It's got lots of features and it's not as complicated to figure out. Also, if somebody asks you what you have you can say "it's a Volkswagen!" If you said "Oh a BMW" people will think your ridiculous. I had a 04 745Li and it was a nice car but it's TOO complicated, I now drive an S class and like it alot better, it's a bit smoother and has all the gear as this pretty much, but it's easier to do it all!

our 03 745li is still a charm bought it with about 48000 miles from Houston tx, back in 2006 and drove it to ms where we live, drive to las vegas couple of times, now its has almost 90000 we had a blowout once, and we failed to locate the jack , but it was in the trunk and it was too late cause we aready called bmw roadside assistance and 50$ for a person to come out and get a jack

I bought one 2 months ago from a guy who suffered cancer at the time and can't drive due to that (he is now healthy, a survivor, and got a new 7 series). Excellent condition just like it left the factory in 2004 (it's a 2005 model with a 2004 production date). Still is in excellent condition. great car to drive on the freeway and interstates etc. not so good in the city with typical V8 fuel economy and rear wheel drive but i like it because i don't have to drive a Kendrick Lamar type minivan anymore. When I first bought it i actually wanted to lock one of my friends in the trunk for fun and take the battery out so he can't open it but of course it was mean and could've killed him so i didn't. In this video, I learned that the trunk can be manually operated, evidenced by the way it was closed, so taking the battery out he could've still opened it if the battery was out. I'm so retarded.

Very nice car with lots of nice options and as you said, low insurance cost! My mom drives a 2007 Volvo XC90 that I actually picked out for her, I can vouch every Volvo I've ever seen is very comfortable, has lots of nice extras and will last very long! She quite likes the car, and with the safety features of newer Volvo's they are all cheap insurance for a premium car
