Can you show how to make the crankshaft pulley tool please

Any update on the tool

Did it start leaking again after a while? Looks like the seal was not fully seated. I don't see how the pulley will finish seating the seal. Just curious if it had to be replaced again.

The website of the crank pulley holder tool mentions: "DOES NOT FIT E55/CL55 KOMPRESSOR.". So I'm not sure the tool will work on these M113K's...?

I have a c55 amg. Do you think this is a DIY I could do at home?

How can you seriously just try and get people to watch through your videos to make a lame ass tool? And then you go to such extents as to blur the tool when you're using it. This we're all wrenching together. If you don't want to pull your weight and just be a helpful youtuber that contributes something new, then your channel deserves to go nowhere. I'm annoying to have given you the views.

Hey great video, just wondering where you got the pulling tool from and would it be possible to remove without one? Maybe a few taps with a rubber mallet?
@bmancars32373 жыл бұрын
I made my own. I will do a video on it. But I don't think a mallet will work because its been torqued to 150-160 ft. lbs.

Cool stuff, I’d never dare on doing such repair. Though, considering that this pulley connects straight up to the Crankshaft, and any vibrations can cause issues internally, why haven’t you replaced the pulley as well? Cheers
@bmancars32373 жыл бұрын
Thats true about the pulley, but I checked it and been driving it and no vibration what so ever. Or any leaks for that matter.

Question, after installing the harmonic balancer.. does it shake/vibrate on idle? Is it normal
@bmancars32373 жыл бұрын
It should not shake or vibrate. If its been installed nice and straight and torqued to spec, it shouldn't do any of that. It is very tough to torque these to spec.

@@bmancars3237 i did installed mine yesterday.. after i start engine there is slight shaking and I torqued it to 200nm + 90degree

Well, are you need 10K likes to make the tool video? That’s not gonna happen dude, too much talking 👎

Imagine blurring the actual tool with no sense of self-awareness. People watching this generally need it in a pinch and this shit was so annoying to me.
