2003 Ford expedition radio stays on for 10 minutes after key is removed no interior lights when doors are open any doors door chime does not work no door ajar light in dash keyless entry won’t program

This fix works. Just finished doing it to my 03 Expedition. 3 purple wires spliced to one purple. The join was completely corroded. My issue was not from water leaking from the windshield but rather the dog water dish that dumped on 3 separate occasions down the side and into the trough where the cable bundle lives. Eventually the join corroded from living in the standing water.

I tried that it did not work I pulled fuse 107 and pit it back in it worked for a bit than it went out again so I'm thinking it's my vcm

Have the same issue with my 2008. Unfortunately the harness is not the same and there is no 3-1 purple wire combo. If anyone knows the correct wires for the 2008 model year please let me know. Thanks.
