I believe the bike does have the CB option. Honda would not have included CB controls if the bike did not have the CB option.

They all have controls. There is no CB antenna mounted so it doesn't have CB.

There seems to be some clutch chatter. Stay away from older bikes with ghost shifting and clutch chatter. it will cost as much as the bike to get it repaired at a shop.

We have a 2011 1800 GoldWing. After about 5-6 hours runtime, it looses power. Any suggestions?

There are no 11's. Check fuel pressure.
