@NickLTR I did wiring on my F150, but I did backup lights. For anything over 10AMPS, you should use a relay which is any incandesant light. I mounted 4 led round rocker switches around my steering column on the right; my truck is a manual so I had room. I hid all the wiring just above my feet on the drivers side in the dash.

@NickLTR I also got power from the inside fuse box from the cigarette lighter, because it has a 30AMP fuse most of the time, and so you don't have to run wires into the engine compartment. Don't use an inverter on your cigarette lighter though while running the lights. Or to avoid that, just use a powerpoint in your vehicle for an inverter if you have one.

@NickLTR umm its all about the back spacing of the rims... usually you want 4.5" back space ... and about an 8" wide rim with that setup you should be able to run 12.50s

Yessir! I like the Selec-Trac, it has worked fantastically! Haven't gotten stuck at all this year with snow, even though my tires were completely bald lol. But don't worry, I got new tires - BFG A/T s. Sexy.

@buck1905 thanks for replying, that worries me about jeeps. I've had a dodge van for 7 years and the only thing I've replaced is the water pump, other than that, it's been oil changes and gas. I'm not comparing my van to a JGC but they are both american made vehicle and I wonder why Jeep owners always say Jeeps always need repairs....anyway, thank you for replying!

@NickLTR Uhm.. The Wear isnt too bad on them actually. I wanna say he has about 7-10k on them. They are pretty smooth on the road i do have to say for them being a mud terrain tire. i probably would have mud terrains on my truck but i went with the all terrain ko's because they are a good towing tire. Load Range E. i tow a 6500 lb travel trailer. thats the only hold up

@buck1905 Dude Haha this jeep looks good its sorta funny i just found this vid i got my ZJ about 2 years ago and have been working on it since i got it. I got 5 percent tint on the windows and black and chrome rims, i also used taillight tint gotta say i like it black though haha also i used black plastic paint on the front bumper cover and all the grey side panels and the rear bumper.. looks damn good but im about to order 17 inch XD Hoss rims just like yours nice wheels likin it bud.

How are those nittos in the snow? Also something i think you should consider is halo projector headlights. They're kind of expensive, but they look fricken sweet on these grand cherokees. Extremely jealous either way though haah!!

@DCAPONE15 it came with new front control arms..its ride good and smooth but bumps are horrible and kill your back...i would strongly suggest long arms..i will be getting them in the summer

I've had 2 jgc w/ the 4.7 and both had over 330k. Trans was the issue not the motor. My 4.0 cherokee was tired at 278k. 4.0 is great but the 4.7 is outstanding. I currently have one w/ 200k. It will be the 3rd w/ over 300k

i have the limtied and i rhino lined the bumpers black and it looks pretty slick also had 4 lights up top haha i thought they look good till i tried pulling in the garage for the first time... lets just say their not on their any more lol.

@NickLTR BFG All Terrain KO's Are an Amazing Tire. I am on my second pair on my 05 dodge ram 1500. I got 70k out of my last pair and am looking forward to another worry free 70k on these.. Another good Tire I Would Recommend Would be the Toyo Open Country M/T, those tires are BADASS off road!(:

@dwil039 yeah i had my tail light blacked out before ..but i went lighter so the cops wouldn't bother me as much... but 4 inch rides rough ..but it can be smoothed out if you spend the money on long arms and better shocks ..which is what im doing in the summer hopefully

@NickLTR usually rims have 4.5 inch back spacing you just gotta look around... except mine were 5.75 ..and i made the mistake.. so when i run 35X12.50 tires i am going to have to run wheel spacers or my tires will rub on my shocks when my jeep is at full flex i am runnin 10.50s now with 9 inch wide rims
