It's the fckn security system. Had the same problem. Turn the key in driver's door, make sure it is unlocked. Turn left. NOT ALL THE WAY!!! YOU WILL FEEL THE SLIGHT RELEASE. HOLD FOR 60 SECONDS, THEN. TURN TO THE RIGHT, DON NOT GO ALL THE WAY!!!! . AFTER DOING SO, GET IN CAR, PIT KEY IN ACCESSORY POSITION. FLIP BACK AND FORWARD 6 TIMES, WITH FINAL STROKE FORWARD. THE TRUCK WILL LOCK, UNLOCK, LOCK UNLOCK, ETC. DONT OPEN THE FCKN DOORS UNTILL FINISHED. REPEAT AS NECESSARY. ITS DEFINITELY THE FCKN SECURITY SYSTEM

If you checked the fuses and they good. Check the 5 prong relay for the starter solenoid motor. That was the problem with mine and I almost put a new starter on before finding out it’s the relay. Trust me!!!!
