I love the Mach 1, but man these older 4.6s (especially the GT) just weren't very fast without boost lol. The 4.6 sounds better than the 5.0 coyote though. I stand by that statement.

Fast for the time, but not considered fast these days for sure. Especially when 700 hp is considered normal and average.

@@colear3 Yep absolutely. I'm being unfair by comparing it to what we consider to be fast now. I've got a 600 HP Mach 1 though, great car and surprises a lot of guys in new cars. I love the new edge Mustangs.

You can build a Mach 1 with bolt ons and throw in 4.10 gears and still get to 60 in close to 4 seconds with good tires. Maybe that's not fast by todays standards but it's definitely fast enough to be a lot of fun and isn't that the point anyway?

​@ColeTrain it ain't all about hp tho. People have went 10s in New edges with 400 whp. Guys have went deep into the 11s na on a stock bottom w the machs. That is respectable for a 20 year old 4.6.

​@The Internets it's plenty quick man. Guys have been 10s with 400 rwhp in New edges. It's not all about power people forget that sometimes. Machs ran bottom 13 at 105 mph bone stock. That was quick for an all motor 4.6 and it's still respectable today.

I have the borla exhaust also with an off-road x pipe but still have factory manifolds. Was going to get some shorty headers if i can find some. If not I'll switch the set up on it and get long tubes.

I thought I recognized those rims they're from afs. My mach 1 that I purchased came with them. Gotta love them pot holes, bent one of my rims and could not find a replacement rim anywhere that was the same size. Too bad AFS went out of business. Now I'm stuck with mustang rally rims off of facebook marketplace. They don't fit the stang very well. But anyway, awesome sounding exhaust. I'm thinking of putting a different exhaust on in the spring, and this might be it.

Yeah man! Loved these wheels. Looked amazing. Yes, I think the exhaust setup I had on this was one of the best. Paired with that amazing 4V, it was hard to beat especially in person.

A factory Mach with 3.55 gears should spin through 2nd. Especially with 315s on 10.5s. Somethings wrong with yo’s bruh

The car is far from stock if you read the description. 4:10s, tune, and long tubes go a long with 4.6 4V cars.
