2003 Toyota Sienna (Startup, Walk-around, Driving)

What does the term, "floaty" refer to? It's been like eons since I bought my 2003 Toyota Sienna XLE Limited. Full leather interior, and only 67,000 miles on the odometer. Nope, not what you're thinking, it's still on it's first rotation. Had to replace the tires twice because of dry rot. The battery once. It's good for hauling them big bags of German Shepherd dawg feed I got two and they are both good eaters, and bags of chicken scratch, garage sale treasures when it's raining or I don't have my other vee-hickle. It's a '65 Chevy step-side. And yes, it has a few more miles than the Van. I still love 'em both.

Floaty in me and my dad's eyes just means when you are driving a vehicle and you can't feel the road at all and usually it's accompanied by the vehicle being tippy. I don't know if something was wrong with the Sienna on my video but you barely felt the road, which was a good thing while cruising, but in turns, even gentle turns or barely moving the steering wheel (as my dad sad in the video), it felt like it was going to flip. I guess a more technical way to describe it would be lack of road feel combined with body roll. I don't know if there is a written definition but that's my take 😅.

@@fakejeepman06 The Sienna was designed "floaty" like that so you'd have the comfy. There isn't any wrong with that. If you want to feel the road, buy a Ferrari 😂

@kevache1017 this van is fun to drive and starts every time idk I bout this exact van in the video and it I so nice it still has some power and drives like a car because the wheelbase.
