I had the exact same car for a year as my first vehicle... It took everything I did to it like a champ. Smacking a curb hard enough to knock her out of alignment for the rest of her days. Popping a good dent out with a baseball bat from the inside. Going 80 over double railroad tracks then catching air. Doing an unintentional 360 in a side street on an icy day. Off roading through fields and ditches to the Blackhawks goal song. Driving through my local neighborhood at maximum speed to evade my friend in his equally busted corrola, I won. Getting pulled over for having too many people in the car and one of them out the window. The one out the window had been pepper sprayed by me because he wanted too. Then it all ended I drove from work straight to my moms cars home Fox valley volkswagen. There we got 400$ for the 2004 taurus SES for a trade in on a 2011 golf. I miss that ford, it perfectly represents my first days of driving free from the consequences of real life and proper judgement.
