Everything is correct but you are not telling all the truth. It is a nut on a stud on top of the starter and you need to remove the nut off the motor mount and jack up a little to clear the starter for removal. No extra procedure. Place some tape in a socket to hold the nut secure for reinstall.

But no one is saying how to get the starter out after taking it a loose...that’s my problem..: can someone plz help with that

I would say use a bar to pry it loose then jack the engine up enough to make clearance with the rack and pinion. I have not done this but this is usually what is don't for cars with similar situations like a Honda serpentine belt... or was it Nissan 🤔
