We definitely have to have another rebrand and drop the commanders monitor because that name blows donkey balls but I really thought Ramsey was going to be with us 10 to 12 years, he had everything he was the right height good speed had a canon for an arm love that guy

Let me start by saying I’m a lifelong Redskin fan from birth till death no matter what::: now- That being said (I am not and never have been or will be a head coach in the NFL nor am I or have been ever a GM or a talent scout for that matter) Our current season 2024 has been better than advertised. I love my head coach. I am grateful for having an amazing GM. (Adam Peters) And I think we have a pretty strong coaching staff! But this year’s version of the REDSKINS yes I said REDSKINS cannot stand Commanders ! We are done. We have six games left. I feel if we’re lucky we win two of them now this is all personal opinion. I think the league has figured out Cliff our offensive coordinator again for the second time our lack of depth is starting to show I believe giving up three draft picks for an injury prone corner, that will be 30 next season who might see the field by week 14 of this season was not a good move by RGM for the most part. I am OK with how the season has turned out we clipped our wind total of last year early on in the season, we should still be picking in the top 15 if we don’t make any more hasty decisions I think we have nine draft picks but we definitely have more draft capital than just about anybody in the league and think about this. Jaden Daniels has regressed since the Bears game only one touchdown pass, and has not thrown for more than 200 yards and some change Brian Robinson has been off the field more than on the field. This is already been too long of me ranting I believe Dan Quinn‘s version of how he wants his REDSKINS to be we see that in 2025 go REDSKINS, peace, happiness, and good health to everyone !

As long as I been watching my Redskins play, for some reason I don’t remember watching Patrick Ramsey playing especially when Clinton Portis was on the team. Was 2004 his last season with the Skins?

He started the 2005 season but was injured in the first game and replaced by Brunell who ended up starting the rest of the season.

Ramsey was the named starter in ‘05 but went out injured in the opener. Brunell took over and Ramsey never returned to the starting role (although he came in as relief in the second Giants game).

They for sure would've been a playoff team in '04 if the offense wasn't so bad. Because that defense was legit. The most points they allowed in a game all year was 28 against the Eagles and the Packers. And of their 10 total losses on the season, 6 of them were when the defense held the opponent to under 20 points.

Yes! But most of their losses were still very close (Giants 20-14, Browns 13-10, Ravens and Bengals 17-10, etc). Had their offense been just average they’d have been a playoff team.

@RetroSkins I remember their offense being limited I just didn't know they were that bad. It kinda reminds me of this past season.
