My hero, George W. Bush, once said after September 11th, 2001, "In our grief and anger we have found our mission and our moment." George W. Bush is our United States President today, but his mission to help America began long before September 11th, 2001. My hero was born on July 6th, 1946 in New Haven, Connecticut, and grew up in Midland and Houston, Texas. Today he lives in Washington, D.C. in the White House. In 1968 George W. Bush received a Bachelor's Degree from Yale. Then in 1975, President Bush got a Master's Degree in Business Administration from Harvard Business School. He became an F-102 fighter pilot for the Texas Air National Guard. In 1989, he purchased the Texas Rangers Baseball Team. George W. Bush became the 46th Governor of Texas. He served for 6 years. George W. Bush was the first Governor in the history of Texas to hold office for four consecutive terms. George W. Bush decided to run for President of the United States. He ran against Al Gore, and he won in 1998. He was elected to a second term in 2004. President Bush was married in 1977 to Laura Welch Bush. Laura Bush is a former teacher and librarian. They have twin daughters, Jenna and Barbara Bush. The Bush family also has a dog named Barney and a cat named India. George W. Bush's father was the 41st President of the United States. George W. Bush is a role model to me because he is hardworking, a very good leader, honest, responsible, and patriotic. He wants to make our country a better place. He is not looking for glory or fame; he loves America and wants it to continue to be a great country. George W. Bush is a very good president. George W. Bush is important to me because he is a very caring person. He likes to help other people without wanting anything in return. He has made a difference in my life because he makes me feel safer in our country after September 11th, 2001. He helps out communities and the American people. When I think about all the things that he has done, I think that he is amazing. I consider George W. Bush a hero. God bless America

@mirekpilsudski9 жыл бұрын
+camq0789 unemployment is counted differently based on the president. It's nowhere near 5.1% due to the fact Obama doesn't count people who stopped collecting unemployment as unemployed even though they're unemployed.

Neither Bush win was easy. They were both very close. His personality wasn't polarizing like Trump, and he didn't have to worry about big tech censoring everything. But he still nearly lost both times. I would say his terrible debate performances made the elections too close
Now i knew it. CNN was always late in projection of state that was happened too on 2016 election. Fox is the best news.

You're a moron. The reason those states make it so close is that that's where most of the people in this country live. More people means more influence, naturally, as every vote counts equally. That's how this whole democracy thing works. Maybe you should consider a refresher in middle school civics?
@conordunn129410 жыл бұрын
And really, even if you wanted to go off of popular vote alone, that wouldn't have given you the easy victory for Bush you wanted: without the electoral college system, Bush never would have gotten elected in the first place, so he wouldn't have been up for re-election in 2004. You've actually managed to wrong from all angles somehow. Congratulations on that.
@Dovakeen799 жыл бұрын
