Hi Jose, im from mexico and i got an 02 explorer on which im planning same has here, BTF spacers and upper control arms if you want some extra there is a body lift check out hawkeye garage channel he has an 05 too i believe

Yeah it’s a great engine and the tranny’s can be a bit rough but nothing to not buy over

If it’s got miles miles on it expect to put a new tranny in, ive had mine since new in 2003 and it’s got over 240K on it just got its second transmission put in not too long ago, the SOHC engine is an engine you can beat on forever. I want to say first transmission was put in about 155K and the next at 240K, but you gotta remember you can’t beat a car for only $600 even if it needs a trans.
