2005 Hyundai Matrix GLA Start-Up, Full Vehicle Tour, and Quick Drive

I own 2 Hyundai Matrix 1.6 Manual (GLM). One is a showroom car (sold cheaper) 2005 model, and the other is in 2010 model ( Second hand from Glenmarie HQ). One for me (upon graduation present and for father (I bought to return the favor), both are doing extremely well. My Matrix (2005) has traveled to Sabah and Sarawak, and every corner of Peninsula of Malaysia (Semenanjung Malaysia), mileage has clocked 255+ KM, where else, my father's one has clocked about 130K KM. I need to overhaul my car soon, but I will never ever be disappointed in my Matrix, why? There are 3 reasons why my father chose this car and handed to me. . . . . 1. Fuel consumptions with manual transmission. . . . .From Singapore to Perlis jetty full tank, and from Sarawak is a full tank use, and Sabah is half tank. 2. Maintenance. If one enjoys the car, the driver will take care of the car to its maximum potential. 3. Reliability. This car has never failed/broke down on me during my journeys.

its a mirror. so that the driver can look in his interior mirror and see how much space is left at the rear bumper before hitting an object when trying to park the car

I'm 36 and it's great for my chow chow dogs to be transported in. Cheap and not bothered about any damage 😂 also great for runs to the tip! Loads of room!

My mams 1.6 matrix isnt too bad on fuel oddly enough, but i do agree with you. The gears hate to be shifted quickly and it tilts in the corners badly.

we have manual 1.6 gsi its pooo. it has rubish gears not very fast and it drinks fule like mad. costs £70 a week just to go 60 miles a day the good things are it big and is quite comfortable in side

Well, yes, I do agree that Kyle did start the whole format of reviewing cars this way, of which many people have followed on. I do follow this format as well because I think that there are not many ways that one is able to present to others a complete "video version" of a car's manual as I would like to put it.
