Love my 05 Limited GC. It's been very reliable . At 139k miles I've given it some overdue love. New struts/shocks, radiator,water pump, oil pressure sensor. Other than that it has been a champ.

I have a green 05 5.7 with 129,720, truck is a damn BEAST!!!! I recently found out that it has the MDS system, I drive like a normal person now. That is a clean truck bro....and that exhaust is the shit!

Exactly how I feel. They are SHARP looking vehicles. I just don't feel like being stuck on the side of the road. In 2000 I had a 1998 Dodge Grand Caravan that didn't reach 20,000 miles. My 2004 Buick Rendezvous has 176,000 miles on her and continues to climb. My 2006 Ford F-150 Lariat has 118,000 miles and my 2008 Chevy Malibu has 108,000 miles.

It had 107,000 miles on it when I sold it. The only problems I had with it was the power steering pump going out. Beyond that the only negative was gas mileage. In the current setup I averaged 10mpg tops. I did like it, however I wanted a G8 and changed routes

@ jeffwallace77 the clunking from park to reverse is caused by worn front differential bushings. Go to a reputable private shop and not the dealer to have it looked at and fixed. Its not a big job to tackle

I did have a 2" leveling kit. I think Rough Country sells them? Also, if you go any larger you would have to put spacers on the hubs to keep the tires from rubbing at full turns.

Nothing major really. There were some quality concerns but for the most part it was reliable. The only thing that went wrong with it was the power steering pump. The hydraulic rods that hold the hood and rear hatch had to be replaced as well.

disappointing that there is no voltmeter, or oil pressure gauge.however you can get a voltmeter that plugs into cigar lighter.

I'm about to buy for now a 2005 Jeep Grand Cherokee limited mint condition. It has Navigatio. But what scare me he never said it was a V8. Not sure about the Hemi. Do your SWALLOW GAS??Also one guy in another video said that Limeted has chrome grill. The one I'm looking has white..

Being this video was published on 2011, and i have a 2010 GC Laredo. With the 5.7 hemi. So im guessing in 05 it was only available in the limited trim?

Yea mine is a piece of crap!!!! I have to drop a couple of grand to get it fixed. The thing lit up like a christmas tree. It's fully loaded and everything with the dvd player (it's a limited as well). SMH. I kept the maintenance up and yea. Worst vehicle on gas as well. Now it just sits in the driveway as a 5 ton paperweight :-(
