Nigeria U 27 vs Morocco U 20......Africa has bad reputation with falsifying player's age especially subsaharian teams. You see them winning the U17 U20 world cups with fake birth dates and never manage to have the same success on the senior level in world cup........shame.

But that’s not necessarily the reasons for the often poor outing at the senior World Cup seen with most African teams. The problem is usually the structure. There’s no structure in place to help these kids develop further post U17. Most of the players either end up running to Europe, sometimes forfeiting their playing prowess either by playing in the wrong positions or wrong clubs for the sake of the financial incentive and European league dream. Mikel who played in this game and the U17 is a clear example. Arguably the best midfielder in theU17 World Cup, silver boot winner. On getting signed to Chelsea, mourinho pushed him into becoming a defensive midfielder(some sort of makelele), that was the death of the famous attacking midfielder who had so much prospects. He went ahead to do great, winning most trophies including the champions league but he never got that mikel Obi back.
