good job but to be definitively efficient, you should put grease everywhere. grease et the only thing very efficient against rust. put grease between metal and carpet, inside door, behind metallic bumper, behind (inside the car), behind the repairs you can make (everywhere inside the cavities- hidden erea - instead of using paint before reclosing them), hollow areas (necessarily hidden, so no need to be aesthetic). For rear wings unreachable with a paintbrush, use an extender and poor old oil everywhere each year.Handyman Experience - 35 years. From france

Nice! Gonna look good when done, there are “slip over” rockers and cab corners that are installed over the rust and held on with seam sealer…or could be welded on, I just looked up for a friend, same truck, I believe the entire kit was a $144 bucks.

Where did you find them for that price?

@@MarksGarageChannel I googled 2005 gmc sierra 4 door just now, eBay has the kit for $80 bucks….idk what year your truck is but, looks the same? So, google what I wrote above and you’ll see them, KZbin don’t let me attach links. Gen

Well, that's certainly cheap. I wouldn't bother painting the rockers. Just use spray on bed liner. It hides a multitude of sins. And looks good.
