2005 Tahoe Crank No Start Follow up

The culprit is finally identified. Wiring harness too close to the drive shaft caused wires to rub in two, and create a short.

I had a frayed harness going towards my mass air flow sensor . The shop fixed the harness but said they were going to replace the ignition switch . Should I try to replace my fuse .
