Have you had any problems with the 5th gear? I just picked up a 2005 wr450f, i love it but reading the forums about how the 5th gear goes makes me almost want to sell it. In my opinion if you're riding in 5th gear for hours then yea it may go after a while. Especially if the oil isn't frequently changed. I think it will be fine, im just using the bike to rip around the neighborhood and what not (its road legal.) Thanks, any other problems mechanical wise?

hello, I need your help. I bought a wr 450 f 2005 last week and saw that the hoses in the rear reservoir are loose and found no place on the radiator to turn them on. I want to know where the reservoir hoses are fitted, because I think the radiator on my bike is a cross-over bike. if you can make a video showing how the cooling system works and where the hoses are connected

The hose on the bottom of the reservoir runs to the fitting next to the cap on the right side radiator. The hose on the top of the reservoir is a overflow drain tube and it will run down with carburetor drain tubes.

Oh god take that goofy Wizard of Oz Toto carrying bread crate off immediately, there are way better looking options out there for carrying..
