How quick can you make the manual shifts with this? Will it shift quicker, or just tighter?

Just a hindsight.... Quicker and tighter are the same thing. The pressure is what determines the time.

One thing he forgot to mention if you set your shift point too high it will put your car into limp mode I had my origally set for 6k but if you break loose in first the rpm will jump above the threshold and cause limp mode took me forever to figure that one out..
