RF blinker is not working the bulb is good and comes on but wont blink when I turn on right turn signal. Where is the fuse or relay?

I am trying to locate the Flaser relay for a 2007 FORD Sport Trac. I have the manual, but it is not mentioned, and I cannot find it on the internet. Please advise.

Thanks for that video but I have a problem when I crank the explorer all lights on the dashboard goes out and am having a no start no crank condition but it only crank when I jump the starter wire I'll appreciate if you can help me with this problem but am following the information you just show

What about the turn signal flasher relay where is that located on the 4th gen 06-10 Ford Explorer? I have a hard time trying to find information or videos on location of this relay. Nobody has done a KZbin video on how to replace a flasher turn signal relay on the 06-10 Ford Explorer. I'm trying to fix a front right turn signal intermittent/hyper flash on my 06 Ford Explorer. Even thou i run Led bulbs on my turn signal i have a resistor wired into it which worked fine for the last 5 years until recently it started hyper flashing and give me warning on the dash. The bulb is fine and not burnt out. I tried replacing it with a new one and replaced the resistor with a new one and it still hyper flashes. Every now and then it would go back to normal flash and the warning message in the dash goes away. As you would normally replace a flasher relay by simply removing the relay that's plugged in front or back of the fuse box located under the knee pad dash the 4th gen 06-10 explorers don't have it. I heard the turn signal/flasher relay is integrated into the the smart junction box? This is another big fails that Ford did that i did not like about this truck as well how they engineered the timing chain and component system. If you had to do a timing chain service on it the motor would have to be pull out of the vehicle to replace the timing chain and timing components as the timing is located in front and back of the motor. Very stupid if you ask me. So these motors are just a ticking time bomb just waiting when it comes to that day.

Need.a schematic for 2006, bought a Hanes repair manual, total waste of money
