Sounds like ficm. With these truck you have to have some kind of scanner to see what’s going on. I use a scan gauge 2. I can tell immediately when something changes. Great truck when it runs right.

Buddy, it turned out to be 4 fuel injectors were bad.

You definitely want more fuel pressure than that, it needs to be checked under full load not at idle.. upgrade to the Blue spring fuel pressure regulator kit.

@@michaelvolin9749 Got it, I've got two E350 vans with 6.0l had injectors installed 2021 2 just went out and shouldn't have didn't do the Blue spring back then but got it done this time. Low fuel pressure will kill injectors. Injectors are less expensive to do in the trucks but in the Vans very expensive because of Labor, really tight access. Glad you got it figure it out but you may still want to add the Blue spring it's only 80 bucks or so.

I measured the ficm voltage it was correct at 48 volts. Problem was bad fuel injectors.

It's was a few fuel injectors were bad. Went ahead and changed them all.

No, it was just what I showed in the video the string was shorted causing the 5 volts to drop to 1 volt. Unplugged the map sensor and the short was gone. Replaced the map sensor and has been working good.
