Hi I have a problem, my nitro car doesn’t work ı don’t know “why”. My nitro engine’s compression is awesome, pull start is very good, engine is clean, glow plug works but engine DOESN’T work. I don’t know carburettor settings and nitro fuel is old can you help me

Hi friend. KZbin is really bad to have a chat. If you reply I don’t even get notified. Perhaps come on Facebook into the NITROGANG group and we can have a chat there once you post the question to the group. But basically if a nitro doesn’t idle it’s too rich. If it revs fast it’s too lean/has an air leak. If it doesn’t fire at all perhaps fuel didn’t reach the carb because a vacuum leak. You can test the engine by dropping some fuel directly into the engine where the glow plug is. Just a few drops is enough. If it fires then you’ll know more about the problems. Maybe the carb is blocked. Maybe the fuel tank oring is bad. Maybe the previous owner removed all the head shims!
