I must confess I was not a big fan of Henry Hoovers but watching you mate has changed my view on the dust hungry Hoover I might get myself a Henry Hoover once my Dyson animal breaks down
@NickCaruanaАй бұрын
I personally wouldn’t advise it. I shall explain why 😂 So yes, Henry can handle that filth on the surface like a boss!! And that probably would be the death of a Dyson. But. When it comes to your realistic cleaning at home, there are some things Henry just can’t compare. For example, carpet will never be cleaned deeply when using a Henry, for the Dyson has a rotating brush bar that agitates the carpet fibres to get that deep embedded dust out, and Henry can’t do that with suction power alone. In fact, with limits to power, corded vacuums aren’t as powerful as those that are battery, which sounds unbelievable but when it comes down to the testing, cordless power knocks corded out of the park. Dyson has also engineered their tools for both carpet and hard floor, as well as their other tools, with carbon fibre, which allows the best dust pick-up. Dust sticks to a surface with static energy, so if we touch it, it sticks to us with our energy, or microfibre cloths because they too harbour static energy. Carbon fibre de-energises the dust, which lifts it from the surface, to then be sucked up the vacuum, which just suction alone can’t pick up dust. Dyson’s technology has advanced greatly, so it adapts as it cleans, boosting suction in high traffic areas, or on carpet, increasing brush bar rotation to agitate the carpet fibres more for an effective clean. All of this makes it incomparable to the Henry. My grandparents didn’t believe me, after using Henry in industry settings, like Travelodge, and a garden centre they once ran, swore that nothing could compete. And even for those who say Shark is a better and cheaper alternative, I have tried them. The Shark is poorly designed, and lacks power. And the Henry just cannot handle as well with its limits on power. Tested, I vacuumed the carpeted bedrooms at my grandparents with a Henry, to which afterwards I vacuumed with the Dyson, and filled the bin each time on all of the bedrooms. You feel the power, as the Motorhead clamps down on the carpet, nothing will clean as deep. Even the fact they have a lightweight cordless vacuum with a brush bar to use on the carpets to get deep into those fibres, you’d never have guessed when looking at how much was sucked out of the carpets when using the Dyson. Henry is great for hard surfaces, or industrial environments like building industries, but in home cleaning, nothing tops Dyson.

Hi, if you had to choose just one vacuum cleaner to have in your house, which one would you choose?
@parwaz7861Ай бұрын
Oooh that’s a difficult choice, I’d say probably a Dyson Ball Animal 3
@ryokan9120Ай бұрын
@@parwaz7861 Yeah, my sister has one of those. They are brilliant, but the dealbreaker for me is you have to wash the filter and they don't use dustbags. Emptying the dustbin really triggers my asthma, so I use a Henry myself. The large and small turbo airo brush has been a game-changer. The small turbo airo brush is brilliant for the stairs. I also bought a 5 meter longer hose, so I don't have to carry Henry up the stairs.
@parwaz7861Ай бұрын
Good answer! If Henry’s had a proper deep cleaning power head I would probably go for one of those
@ryokan9120Ай бұрын
@@parwaz7861 Plus I'm willing to bet the Henrys are more durable than the Dysons. My previous one lasted 12 years and the only reason it broke was that my stupid cousin decided to use it on a wet bathroom floor with puddles.
