@RJA_World it’s mainly because the DC18 has a powerhead that leaks a lot of airflow, the motor isn’t as powerful either and it has less cyclones = less room for airflow

Dude, I think that little slim was more like the little engine that could! It’s not everyday you come across something that can stuff five pounds of detritus into a three pound bag. As always…I’m sure this little sport got a good bath after the mayhem on display.

Not bad but I still don’t think I’ve seen anything do better than a clutch less 07. They just ploughed through relentlessly

For some reason, quite a few Dyson models lack agitation and don't pick deep down dirt. I've seen a few Shark models have the same issue. I generally prefer Shark over Dyson anyways for different reasons.

Definitely, I prefer Dyson overall to Shark, however what I like about shark is the airflow they have due to the single cyclone, for such a tiny motor they pull some serious airflow! I also like Sharks for their powered lift away, ease of use and versatile cleanerhead design

The DC03 seems to lift up the carpet pile better than the DC18 = better brushing action than the DC18 The DC18 will probably be slightly better at deep cleaning though
