so, this video is a perfect example of efficiency and accuracy. I'm so over the mindless blabbing and dead space that most posters put out there. Thanks for this, and thanks for respecting our viewing time.

Love your videos. I recommend you add a watermark at the beginning of your videos to "like" the video, since you don't do sound (similar to the radiator splash guard in this video) . I recently found out this is how google ranks and rewards content makers. I just started doing this and want to reward your amazing helpful work

Ruben Sidranski was not aware of that, could you enlighten more of this? Thanks

@@MrRangerZr1 Looks like this was just milage/age from your response. The 2005 Pilot is notorious for a radiator defect where the coolant leaks into the tranny section. See Piloteer.com. it was honestly the same procedure. 1 recommendation is to add a drain valve, though a tee, to at least one of the transmission lines, helps with using the tranny pump for flushes if your so inclined.

I have a 2010 Honda crv and I’m thinking of following your step by step and changing my radiator this week. I did it on my 2002 crv years ago perfectly but when I took the front hood latch off and put it back on, it didn’t latch right and the hood would never stay tight. Did you have this problem?
@MrRangerZr15 ай бұрын
Trace around the hood latch and reinstall in the same place :)

I checked my parts supplier and the 2010-11 have a different part number for the radiator, is there anything different for install?

Is there any issue with the transmission coolant lines? Being undone and then put back in?

No

Was this an external leak? Thanks in advance!

Yes.

Mine is leaking on the bottom seam right above the hose. That looks like a weak spot. Found it just in time as the leaking coolant totally corroded the hose clamp to where it was about to break off. Would have been a bad day if that happenned.

Good how-to video. How hard was it to remove the splash guard and grill? What was wrong with the radiator that required its replacement? Thanks.

Probably same issue as my 2005 Pilot. Coolant leak into the tranny.

Steve F Just clips holding then on. This radiator started to leak after 270k miles.
