I bought an 09 Camry LE with only 106k miles on it from my mother-in-law, it’s in great shape, all I did was change the radiator fan/radiator. I have to change the lights and every video I watch requires you to take the bottom off, I kept saying to myself, there has to be a way to do it with just releasing the bumper cover slightly…………….then I stumbled across your video. 🙏 thanks a lot.

Do the independent fog light mod and use the fog lights as DRLs. That's one way I fixed the DRL problem with LED bulbs.

Are the headlights bulbs the same for the fog lights or it’s 2 separate bulbs like one is specific for headlights as the other is for fog

Great job with the video. I've got the job done. Heads up for those in VA. If you replaced halogen bulbs with leds, your car will not pass the VA inspection. The inspector pointed that no led can be used unless the headlamp was originally designed for leds. Hint. Keep your original bulbs.

Ya so in Massachusetts its the exact same shit but if u got a mechanic friend i do mines at honda cuz i know a friend and he passes me all the time i got gtr ultra 2.0 on my 2011 camry they told me the exact same thing that you have to have the 9005 halogen ones stock which is bs but something to do with rules on cars 2015 and lower something like that cant remember the year but any cars over 2018 and up with stock led is okay but i always pass and get my sticker so its all BS

I didn't see this video before doing mine, but I did it exactly this way. It seemed that I didn't need to remove the entire bumper, though I did leave one side still connected at the wheel well until I finished the other side.
