thanks for going through ALL the steps. Your camera placement was outstanding and showed what I can only FEEL as I do a lot of this on my car. THANKS!!!

I love this guy,,, the whole time that I duplicated his work, I kept hearing him saying "hey guy's" ,,, It kept me from freaking out and getting frustrated!!!!! It was like having a good friend calmly talking to me!!! A+++++++ rating

Thank you for doing this great video as a woman I did this with a little help but mostly did it myself with your help. With Nissan Sentra 2010 I found out that Resistor goes out to no matter what you do with the fan. Good luck everyone!!

Yup.. I read about bad fan taking out resistor also. Replaced relay , resistor and blower on my repair. Dont want to go in again.

Best video I've seen on this...I'm just not sure why it didn't come up on my computer when I was searching, but it came up on my Amazon Firestick last night so I'll give it another go. I watched a ton of videos that were just plain wrong, or a different car...it was reassuring to watch a video that showed all of the parts that I was seeing on my wife's car. Great work...and thanks for caring!

Followed video almost to the letter on replacing my blower. Only issue I had was getting the plug off the old blower and getting the new blower to twist all the way in. Also, disconnecting electronics module(even when I disconnected the battery) resulted in Check Engine coming on after everything was put back together. Quick trip to AutoZone confirmed that the module used for transmission lost it's "keep alive" signal and dropped some codes. Will now have to pay to have them cleared or borrow an OBD scanner to clear it.

This is an excellent video. Great tip with the Vice grips. I never would’ve gotten that thing on. I didn’t remove the brake booster. You can rotate the motor around it by placing the fan side over the booster.

Great video. I did mine last week. Had to remove front seat to do it upside down. I didn't remove the black box because the wires wouldn't come out. Was such a pain. Only thing is how do I put the hood release cable back on?

Thank you so much for the video and i have a question i did replace the resistor twice and work for couple days and fail, do i have to replace the motor blower to resolve the problem? Thanks..
@fixitquick2 жыл бұрын
Yes sir , if you replace the resistor twice and work maybe the blower has a internal shortage

The acceleration is failing. Is it something I did wrong with putting the pedals and cables back?

Did you reconnect the wire ?

I have trying to get the connectors out of the bcm, two days straight, any help on how to get it out, please
@TBb____2 жыл бұрын
You might need pliers. Look at them very closely. Some you squeeze sides and another I think was the front
@HankGoodness Жыл бұрын
I can't remove them either. How did you solve?

Why did you replace the resistance?
@TheRealJoseGon Жыл бұрын
So I just did this and all went pretty smooth. Switched out the components and put everything back together just like you show. But now my acceleration isn’t working. The car won’t go above 50 mph even when I floor it. Any advice?

Did you reconnect electrical connector to gas pedal if you did make sure that no pins are bend inside the connector

I’m currently having trouble twisting it back in. Im scared to use the tool you used to force it in. The first blower motor i got was from amazon and i broke that piece. The second one is from an auto shop.
@fixitquick2 жыл бұрын
Don’t be scared 😏 used the tool but don’t carefully try to grab it the same way I did in the video

You didnt need to remove the dash trim. You can access the screw from the change door which pulls out.

What happens if you move the little piece that connects the brake pedal??
@fixitquick2 жыл бұрын
What little piece ?
@TBb____2 жыл бұрын
@@fixitquick it’s the little pin type thing with 2 sides that the brake and gas pedal attach to. I’ve seen people say be careful not to move it but mine def got moved. I haven’t hooked everything up yet because my connector that goes to the blower had block spots all around it like it’s been burned 😰
@fixitquick2 жыл бұрын
Minute 33:00 those pins ?
@TBb____2 жыл бұрын
@@fixitquick yes it’s the metal piece that holds the brake pedal and gas in place. It has a cotter pin that goes through it. I def moved the metal 2 sided peace. What will I have to do after I put everything bake on to make sure my brakes work properly….
