All my children didn't win in 1995 and they weren't even nominated, the 4 soaps nominated in 1995 were All my children, Days of our lives, General Hospital, and The Young and the restless, the winner was General Hospital

GL has been nominated in '89, '90, '91, '92, '93 and '94. Is really bad they didn't get an Emmy during the period. NBC's "Santa Barbara" won in '89 and '90. CBS' "As The World Turns" won in '91. ABC's "All My Children" won in '92 and '94. And, CBS' "The Young And The Restless" won in '93.

The other 2 emmy wins Guiding Light earned for Outstanding Drama Series: 1980 & 1982. As for Y&R, the other 6 emmy wins for Outstanding Drama Series: 1975, 1983, 1985, 1986, 1993, & 2004.

I think AMC has Best Drama Series in the bag this year. All they really have to do is submit an episode from the tornado (great directing) and Myrtle's tribute (great writing) and that should do it.

Y&R deserved the win in 07, I most definitely agree.....but I was not surprised that GH took out Y&R in 06 because GH probably had its best storylines in ages for the 2005 year from the Corinthos Kidnappings to the Train Wreck, it was solid cast performance that made GH win.

The crazy thing is someone in the audience had said GL before Rachel said GL. GL picked Dinah and Mallet's non wedding and Jonathan being haunted by his sins and Y&R picked Phyllis giving birth to Summer during a snowstorm and all the Carmen Mestas murder mystery episode where all the suspects are questioned.

Well here it's; Sony wants Maria gone, but Sony doesn't want to ruffle The Bell Family, but the bell family should put their foot down and find her a different position in the family company....She really killing this show and she doesn't listen. She also thinks if the audience doesn't like it and she will continue to beat the story to death and will try to make the audience loves this crap she calls good storytelling...Plus this show has three head writers and can't get it together
