At 42:55 you can clearly see that LCW waited Lindan to get ready before serve. Then LCW did a flick serve and Lindan called not ready. I think the judge shouldn’t side Lindan for that. Cause it was a trick serve and Lindan should anticipate that. That point should have given to LCW. Probably that’s the part that broke LCW’s spirit cause things go downhill after that. this is the 3-4 match i have seen now in which judges in chinese tournaments favour lin dan , be it the flick serve , be it turning out to in , and line judges favoring chinese players and giving out unfairly with no hawk eye present at that time as for lin dan and lee chong wei , i see as left vs right because they are at equal with each other a left handed player plays most often against a right handed from the early age and his game develops accordingly with time while a right handed player plays a left handed once in a while and that too a top one if prime lin dan had played prime momota , it would be a tough match which anyone could have won unlike these fans who goes ga ga goo over lin dan's dominance my goat are lin dan as left handed GOAT and lee chong wei as right handed GOAT

Lin Dan would be 21-11 21-15 over prime Momota. They're not even in the same league. Prime Momota was 50% winrate against an old CW and old CL.

He changed his play style because he became slower, and still won an Olympics and another WC. But his winrate went from high 90s to high 80s after 2011. And old man Lin Dan with a 56% winrate did manage to beat Momota
