07' GT 5spd, BBK headers, FRPP Cams, FRPP Throttle body, FRPP Racing Intake, BMR motor mounts, Exedy stage 2 400 clutch and lightweight flywheel, stock TR-3650 trans, 1 piece aluminum drive shaft, 3:73 gears with Torsen diff, Moser 31 spline axels, Brembo 6 piston fronts with 15" rotors, 18x11" Apex wheels with BFG Rival S tires, Vorshlag camber plates, Eibach prostreet coilovers, Adjustable PHB, Roger's exhaust shop with Carven TR mufflers. Hero 9 with Rhodes remote mic.

How does this keep up with the new S550? I also have an 07 GT but 3.31 315s stock motor but has a dyno tune and so far been able to keep up with the S550s when I was on 275s last year.

With both cars on the same size and treadwear rated tires a stock S550 should beat a stock 3v. The S550 is a slightly better chassis and the coyote has better torque and horsepower and an IRS. That said, our 3v's are still competitive and a little lighter. I'm having no issues keeping up with the S550s but I'm nowhere near stock

MT or AUTO? If it's manual transmission I take you just left it in second gear the whole time?

T-56 Magnum 6 spd manual. Started in 1st, shifted to 2nd right away and left it there the whole time

I have an 07 GT that I also autocross with SD SCCA. I would like to modify the engine (cams, throttle body, injectors, etc.) however I worry about passing smog next year. Any recommendations?

I sold mine for that exact reason and bought a pre-75 car. Get a smog guy or sell it.
