Enjoy this journey of me building the 2007 stick shift Lexus is250 in 16 minutes might not be much but more is yet to come. I have had my Lexus for 2 and a half plus years now and it has been such a fun car and build. I bought it from Facebook market It is very reliable car and it's also my daily. The milage wasn't that great but has held on strong. We went from a completely stock Lexus is250 I am really happy with how far it has come. Still a lot more to do to it more plans ! do I understand correctly that youve spent 1200$ on 4is or 3is conversion bunch of circus shit and that thing is still slow? I went with 3GR-FSE swap, Okada coils, BBS wheels and other performance goodies. I was thinking about the conversion but there is no guarantee that brake cooling even fit. I mean that much spent time should have been spent for actual maintenance spark plugs, coils, MAF sensor, filters, clean injectors and so on. I do not know what have you done to exhaust but sounds to me that youve done something to either resonators or first or second cats any of that is asking for troubles. I mean you have to throw some serious bucks to make it worthwhile with this platform and go with bigger engine first...
