3:00 Tony was ahead of our time in calling out nascar for their phantom debris cautions…and doing what NASCAR does best when someone calls something into question-punishes them.

The wild part of all of this is that Tony was at least partially correct. In those times Debris Caution calls had rose 500% from the 1990s. That makes zero sense whatsoever.
@SwingAxleLover3 ай бұрын
It's basically accepted fact now that they used 'debris' cautions in place of stage breaks back then. They made a huge deal out of it bc it was Tony but it was 100% the truth.

I’ve only ever seen NASCAR races via replays. Please refrain from spoilers as I do not know who has won and who hasn’t. Thanks. I’m going through the 2007 season right now. I’ve picked Kasey Kahne as my favorite driver after he entered in the 2004 season. 2006 was an amazing year for him. 6 victories, swept Lowe’s motor speedway and made the chase. 2007 has been a hard year for the Evernham Motorsports Dodge Dealers 2007 Dodge Charger Dodge. I hope this race is the one that he wins to get his 2007 back on track. Im writing this comment with 123 to go. I’m on pins and needles. I’ve finished an entire bottle of Jim. My wildcard pick for this race is the number 10 Stanley Tools/Valvoline Dodge Charger Dodge driven by my second favorite driver, Scott Riggs. He missed the 2007 Daytona 500, which is surprising since he races with a major sports team. Let’s go Dodge! The official car manufacturer…… of NASCAR.

Jeff Gordon was dominating in 2007, had over a 300 pt lead for the championship that was wiped out because the chase resets all the points. The record books show that Jimmie Johnson has 7 championships, but at least two of them really below to Jeff Gordon. They need to get rid of the chase and stage points, go back to real racing. Also, most importantly stop building cars with safety as the number one priority, it needs to be speed and ability to pass, these drivers all know what they are signing up for.
